Dashain and Tihar

As we had already made rice pudding. Now this time our teacher had told us to make other dish at home.
            As it was the time of dashain and tihar I had made Anarsa and sel.
             I had a great experience preparing this food. I had made it for eleven people.
           
Ingredients required

   Flour-1 kg
   Til-50 gram
   Ghee- 150 ml
   Sugar- half kg
   Oil-1 litre
   Milk- 1 packet
              The following are the procedure for making sel and anarsa.
          For making anarsa we should mix rice flour and ghee. Then we should mix sugar and little amount of milk. And add in the flour. We should mix it properly. Then add some amount of milk and mix it. Make small pieces and roll it. Then press it with hand and make circle of it. Also put some amount of til on upper side. Heat the oil properly and put it in the hot oil. Then after it is properly cooked take it out and it is prepared.
                 For making sel at first we should mix flour and ghee. Then mix it with sugar. And add some milk there and mix it. Later on and some water there and convert it into liquid form. Heat the oil properly and then with the help of hand take it and then rotate it smoothly around the heated oil. Then after it is properly cooked take it out.
                 The food was cooked too good. I really had a nice time. It was very tasty. Everybody in my family appreciated me. They all liked it very Image result for sel rotimuch.
